Brief us on your job online,
by email or by phone
Give us the go ahead. We require permission to
proceed in the afternoon for the overnight service. You need to
confirm a quote with us (email is fine)
Payments. Make a 50% payment by credit card, or send
us a purchase order/email confirmation.
Payment Options:
• We invoice you for the first 50% of the estimated project total
on commencement
• You pay 50% of the job by commencement by credit card
• We accept a purchase order from you for the entire job
We will give you a project number to track the
progress of your urgent job:
a) View the first draft or concepts online or
by email within 24 hours
b) Give feedback and get your approvals during
office hours
c) The Galaxy can make refinements or progress
the project the following evening if required
It is important to book-in any urgent job you think will get the
go ahead as soon as possible. To ensure we have the capacity to
progress the job Overnight.
